The location of this meeting is: Central Vermont Medical Center, 130 Fisher Rd, Berlin, Vermont.

There will not be a virtual option for the public to attend. If you would like to attend this meeting in-person, please fill out our board meeting attendance request form – (please note in your request if you require ASL interpreter services, visual descriptors, and/or any other particular needs to be able to participate in the meeting)

Directions for parking: North Lot, Lot C (back two rows furthest from the building) and in Lots D and E.

Directions to the conference rooms: Enter hospital main lobby and take open staircase to lower lobby. Conference rooms are to the immediate left as you exit the stairs.
