Adolescent Health & Well-Care Visits Interdisciplinary Grand Rounds

OneCare is excited to present educational opportunities that foster collaboration among interdisciplinary professionals in all health service areas in Vermont. Our next Interdisciplinary Grand Round Session will be focusing on Adolescent Health & Well-Care Visits and is being held on Monday, October 14 from 5:30pm – 7:30pm. This session will include subject matter experts presenting on this important topic with time for questions and answers.  This session is open to anyone, please share with those who may be interested.

2.0 CME/CEUs will be offered for this session.

In support of improving patient care, The Robert Larner College of Medicine at The University of Vermont is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.   1. Recognize the key elements of an adolescent well care visit and associated coding practice
  2. Recognize the unique challenges facing the adolescent age group when reviewing barriers to visit attendance
  3. Discuss available resources for the adolescent population
  4. Identify the roles and responsibilities of the interdisciplinary care team members
