Tobacco Screening & Cessation Interventions

rventionsOneCare is excited to present educational opportunities that foster collaboration among interdisciplinary professionals in all health service areas in Vermont. Our next educational session will feature a presentation by Sarah Cosgrove, RCP, MTTS, AE-C on the important topic of Tobacco Screening and Cessation. If you are part of the Learning Collaborative there will be a follow-up from this one hour session from 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm. This session will include materials from Sarah Cosgrove presenting on this important topic with time for questions and answers. This session is open to anyone, please share with those who may be interested.
