1. 2024 Payer Program Contracting Materials to be Sent June 30
Reminder: update provider files, and TIN before end of June
This month, your organizations will receive payer program contracts from contracting@onecarevt.org. Contracts are due back no later than August 15.
June is the final month to update your provider file information for the 2024 payer rosters, and keep an eye out for an opportunity to submit legacy TIN information via email over the next month.

MedSafeZone is a training/education session will provide participants with an opportunity to create a safe and inclusive workplace for our LGBTQ+ colleagues, patients and community by providing definitions, review of common health disparities, and learning about opportunities for active allyship.
By participating in this program, you will have the opportunity to:

- Identify the terminology and concepts related to LGBTQ+ patients
- List and describe health disparities among this patient population
- Describe best practices for health professionals to create a welcoming environment for all patients

How do I get access to the OneCare Portal or Workbench One?
To access the OneCare Portal or Workbench One, you will need to fill out and return a systems user agreement. Please reach out to, helpdesk@onecarevt.org to request this agreement. The help desk can also reset your Portal password as needed. If you need help with your Workbench One account, please reach out to UVMMC IT at 847-1414.
