Care Navigator New User Training, Springfield
For ACO Network Participants only. Hands-on training and active practice in OneCare’s care coordination software platform. Designed for individuals providing care coordination, and leaders/supervisors supporting care coordinators and managing/stratifying populations. New users and those seeking a refresher are both welcome. This is a 2-hour group learning format with at-the-elbow clinical and technical staff support.
