Request to Attend OneCare Board Meetings

If you’d like to attend a OneCare board meeting, please fill out the form below.

We welcome public participation and input at our meetings. All in attendance are expected to conduct themselves in a responsible, civil, courteous, and respectful manner. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, and individuals engaging in disruptive behavior, as determined by the meeting chair, may be removed from the meeting.

Meetings are typically held the third Tuesday of each month. Please check our calendar for upcoming board meeting dates.

Code of Conduct:

a. Generally acceptable rules of decorum for Board meetings will be followed.

b. Public attendees should be polite to others and refrain from using abusive or foul language. This process is to allow the public to offer comments and for the Board to consider thosecomments.

c. A designated portion of the public portion of the meeting will used for Public Comment. Because of time constraints, the board is unable to engage in back and forth dialogue. There will be follow-up communication with members of the public to answer questions as needed.
