Board of Managers

The OneCare board of managers broadly represents the full continuum of care throughout Vermont and geographic diversity throughout the state. The board includes voting members that are consumer representatives. Board seats also include founders, hospitals, independent primary care, federally qualified health centers (FQHCs), skilled nursing facilities, designated and specialized service agencies, and home health and hospices.

Board members are ACO participants and voting members unless noted.

Committees, Subcommittees, and Workgroups

Comprised of providers across the continuum of care and representing all Vermont health service areas, committees, subcommittees, and project-specific workgroups are designed to expand the opportunity for the OneCare Vermont accountable care organization network to share their successes and inform OneCare’s work. OneCare’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion at the board and staff levels extends to our committees, subcommittees, and workgroups.

Committees and Subcommittees

The OneCare board of managers oversees six committees, several of which have subcommittees:

  • Executive Committee
  • Patient and Family Advisory Committee (PFAC)
    The PFAC reports back to the BOM.
  • Compliance Committee:
    The compliance committee reports back to the BOM.
  • Finance Committee​:
    The finance committee reports back to the BOM.
    • Payment Reform Subcommittee
      This subcommittee reports back to the finance committee.
  • Audit Committee​:
    The audit committee reports back to the BOM.
  • Population Health Strategy Committee (PHSC):
    The PHSC committee reports back to the BOM.
    • Subcommittee for Quality and Care Models: This subcommittee reports back to the PHSC.
