By managing network performance, giving health care providers actionable data and analytics, and providing payments in a structure that incentivizes quality of care and improved population health, we support participating organizations in their work to deliver excellent health care to Vermonters.

Accountable Care Information Analyst
The Accountable Care Information Analyst is responsible for providing comprehensive analysis and reporting capabilities, including required databases and systems, for population-centered care delivery programs at The University of Vermont Health Network and the OneCare Vermont Accountable Care Organization. This important role represents a key operational capability to support system and network-wide financial and clinical performance under payment reform, where The University of Vermont Medical Center and its affiliate organizations/networks will be broadly intented to deliver results against population cost targets and quality measures for covered populations. The Information Analyst will utilize state-of-the-art approaches to covered population demographic profiles, disease state and episode registries, risk assessment, utilization analysis, cost performance, and population clinical measurement. The Information Analyst will ensure that internal and external bench marking, opportunity analysis, predictive modeling, and decision support are appropriately embedded in all approaches. The Information Analyst must be proactive in identifying issues and opportunities to enhance data management and reporting capabilities, and is responsible for both detailed and high-level problem solving and data analysis, database development and management, data extraction, and reporting from various internal and external systems. The Information Analyst must maintain knowledge of database warehousing, query and reporting systems, and third party informatics tools. The Information Analyst is expected to interact and collaborate with peers from IS, finance, quality and operations in partner organizations. The Information Analyst will produce moderately complex, customized analysis and research deliverables. These deliverables are typically used for key decision making with material financial and clinical implications. Customers will include OneCare network participants, the President of The University of Vermont Health Network Accountable Care Services, CEO of OneCare Vermont, CMO OneCare Vermont, Executive Medical Director Accountable Care, Vice President Accountable Care, plus other senior executives, boards, physicians, and The University of Vermont Health Network Accountable Care Services leaders.
Chief Legal Counsel
The incumbent will serve as the Internal Legal Counsel for OneCare Vermont, a statewide Accountable Care Organization (ACO) and as a member of the Office of General Counsel of the University of Vermont Health Network (UVMHN). Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school with current, unrestricted licensure in the State of Vermont. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, preferable including at least 3 years serving as in house counsel. Extensive experience in healthcare law and specific expertise in working with large systems including hospital networks and/or Accountable Care Organizations is strongly required. Must work collaboratively across all levels of the company. Must have superior communication skills including written, verbal and interpersonal skills and be able to listen effectively, solve problems, anticipate issues and make effective decisions.
