The Office of the Health Care Advocate
The Office of the Health Care Advocate (HCA) is a free resource for Vermonters regarding all aspects of health care. The HCA gives free advice and help to all Vermonters with health care and health insurance concerns. The HCA is part of Vermont Legal Aid, an independent non-profit law firm. The HCA does not represent OneCare Vermont.
