• Screening for Clinical Depression
• Initiation & Engagement of Alcohol and Other Drug Dependence Treatment
• Follow-Up after discharge from ED for Mental Illness or Alcohol or Other Drug Dependence
• Follow-Up after Hospitalization for Mental Illness (7 Days)
